Hydronic Lift

Hydronic Lift was founded in Milan in 1998 and it is a company specialized in the production of components for hydraulic and traction lifts. Its industrial achievements show that currently over 300,000 lifts all over the world are equipped with hydraulic devices designed and produced by Hydronic Lift. The HL headquarter, in Brebbia (VA), leans on 8,000 square meters demonstrating the expansion of our corporate vision. The second strategic point is located in Shanghai: 35,000 square meters to meet the growing economic demands of the entire Asian area. Hydronic Lift has also developed four logistics sites to meet global customers needs in the United States, India, Spain and Russia.

Our Mission

The Hydronic Lift project is an example of national flagship we are proud of, “ITALIAN TECHNOLOGY” which has also stood out at the main International Exhibitions.
The company is fully committed to delivering high-quality products, from R&D to a superb manufacturing process (Module H of the Lift Directive), with particular attention to a wide range of hydraulic oil buffers, hydraulic jacks, safety gears and modernization kits for existing hydraulic lift.

Certifications

Hydronic Lift is certified according to the Lift Directive 2014/33 / EU, Annex VII, module H (total quality system) and UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015. This type of certifications ensure compliance of safety components for lifts with the essential requirements of the lift directive from design to final inspection. Hydronic Lift exports 90% of its products abroad. In 2011 the first extra Europe certification was obtained (Russia) and since then Hydronic Lift has always expandend its certifications (for example the HL oil buffers have the Korean KC certification, according to GB7588 for the Chinese market, the EAC “Customs Union” certification for Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, ASME 17.1 for the United States …)

Distributions

The Hydronic Lift project is continuously evolving and harmoniously developing through the constant increase in commercial orders. Over the last few years, we have set up a widespread, well-structured sales network, bringing together the best distributors and agents in a number of strategic locations. We have paid particular attention to geographical areas such as the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, India and Iran, without of course ignoring Europe and crucial development areas such as Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria.

Exhibitions and digitization

Hydronic Lift’s booth presence at most international exhibitions, has been a constant investment over the last twenty years. As a matter of fact, Hydronic Lift’s corporate brand evolution has been closely connected to prestigious international events, such as Augsburg Interlift, Liftex UK, Russian Elevator Week, IEE Expo Mumbai, Dubai Connecting People.
Certainly, new international trends and global scenarios have prompted the company to greatly enhance the digital dialogue with its customers. It is no surprise, for example, that the online catalogues are constantly updated and, thanks to the the Hydra programme, it has been possible to remotely configure hydraulic jacks and power units in total autonomy.
