The electronic adjustments of all travel settings are simple and immediate, while the valve ensures perfect landing accuracy.<br \/>\nThanks to electronics, it is possible to customize the speeds during all phases of the lift travel to best suit the requirements of the application. This also makes it possible to reduce the travelling time to a minimum and, especially, decelerations: the reduction of the travelling time allows for direct savings in the energy consumption, as the operating time of the motor is limited to a minimum.<br \/>\nFurthermore, the simplification of the hydraulic circuit, compared to a classic mechanical valve, also reduces pressure losses. The valve, therefore, reduces consumption compared to a mechanical valve system.<br \/>\nThe H250e valve is permanently supplied with the A3 Amendment, with no need for a second valve against uncontrolled car movements.<br \/>\nThese hydraulic power units also provide better travel comfort in all conditions, as well as allow for load and temperature variation compensation by means of a software.<br \/>\nThanks to the new H250e valve, a considerable energy saving is achieved through a reduced travelling time and a lower pressure loss. In addition, there is a greater cost saving since accessories, such as soft stops and pressure switches, are already integrated in the valve, and the heat exchanger is often superfluous.<br \/>\nThanks to a smart connection, it is possible to establish a connection to the H250e valve via PC, smartphone and CAN-bus interface. Besides, by connecting via PC, it is possible to use the oscilloscope function for a continuous monitoring of the signals handled by the mother-board throughout the plant operation. The preset speed is kept constant, as the load and<br \/>\ntemperature vary, so as to guarantee an accurate movement of the lift. In addition to the rated speed, it is possible to set different speeds, so as to better manage the movements during inspection or in case of intermediate or lower floor landings.<br \/>\nThe valve meets the requirements of Standards EN 81.20 and EN 81.50 and is certified as part of a system against uncontrolled car movements (UCMP). As it is equipped with a double safety valve and a monitoring aid, it ensures compliance with current regulations without the need for additional valves.<\/p>\n<p>APPLICATIONS \u2013 Hydraulic power units with the H250e electronic valve are ideal in residential or office buildings with a medium to high frequency lift operation, such as hotels, shopping centres, hospitals, and also for use as goods lifts.
